Dr. Jenny Santamaria PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, Ca. Throughout her career, she has gained experience working with orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor/women's health, and pediatric patients. She developed further neurological therapy skills while completing a two-month internship in Italy and has completed various manual therapy courses. As her career progressed, she developed a desire to do more for women within her scope of practice and thus the passion for pelvic health rehabilitation began. She completed advanced coursework to address women's health and pelvic dysfunction throughout varying stages of a woman’s life. Since then, her passion towards helping women address their concerns when no other providers could flourished into creating Femme Strong Physical Therapy.

In a world where women’s health still doesn’t receive the attention, research, or understanding it deserves, I’ve felt a strong desire to create the kind of support women truly need throughout every stage of womanhood. My goal has always been to meet each woman where she’s at—offering care, compassion, and the tools to help her feel better, stronger, and happier.

This work allows me to connect deeply with women from all walks of life and open the door to healing, guidance, and empowerment that can transform how they experience their bodies and themselves.

After years of working with childbearing women—and walking through my own traumatic birth experience—I carry a deeper empathy and understanding for the challenges that come with pelvic health. It’s a privilege to use that experience to guide others toward healing and wholeness

I’m a SoCal native and sunshine-loving soul. A proud Frenchie mom to two cuddle bugs, a fire wife, and mama to a sweet two-year-old boy. I’m a Spanish speaker with deep Mexican roots and a wanderlust heart that’s always ready for the next adventure
