Service Description
During your evaluation, the therapist with gather all pertinent information related to your condition including: medical history, current symptom description, functional limitations, movement analysis, and outcome measures. Patient education will be provided on your condition, plan of care, and home exercise program. Any and all questions will be answered.
Cancelation Policy
At Femme Strong we understand that unforeseen situations do come up. Nonetheless, please respect our schedule as best you can. If you must cancel, a 24hr notice is required otherwise a $50 fee will be applied (discovery visits exempt). We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you!
